Storage Pricing — Cape Town

You rent sealed wooden storage units inside our managed warehouse in Epping, Cape Town. Each unit gives you 6.3 m³ of space at R850 per month, billed monthly in advance with a one-month minimum. You book whole units — we work out how many you need from your item list so you never pay for units you don't use. We collect from your door, store your goods, and return them when you're ready; this is managed warehouse storage, not walk-in self-storage, so there's no need for you to visit the warehouse.

The monthly per-unit figure covers everything below — nothing is bolted on afterwards.

Outside the monthly fee there are only two possible once-off charges. Collection is a standard once-off fee of R600 from your address to our warehouse at 19 Fisher Avenue, Epping — no per-kilometre pricing. Optional carrying and loading assistance costs R200 per person, once off, with one person allocated per booked unit (two units = two people = R400). Labour is never multiplied by the number of storage months. Return delivery is quoted separately when you ask for your items back.

Say your item list adds up to 9 m³. That's two units (12.6 m³ of booked capacity) at R1,700 per month. Add collection at R600 once off, and two helpers at R400 once off if you'd like loading help, and your first payment is R2,700 — after that it's simply R1,700 per month until you ask for your goods back.

The pricing model was built to remove the usual storage-bill surprises.
