A traditional storage unit in Somerset West or Strand means renting a room, then hiring a vehicle, loading it and unloading it yourself — and coming back every time you need something. With PickupStorage our team collects from your address, records every item on an inventory, and stores your belongings in sealed wooden units inside our managed warehouse in Epping. The warehouse isn't open to the public, and when you want something back, we deliver it to your door.
Storage is billed at R850 per 6.3 m³ unit per month — you book whole units, worked out from your item list so you never overbook. Our online quote shows our standard R600 collection fee. Because Somerset West, Strand and Gordon's Bay are further from Epping, we confirm the collection fee for your address before you book, so there are no surprises. Return delivery is quoted separately, and optional carrying and loading help is R200 per person, once off.
Your goods are covered under our OUTsurance policy while in our warehouse. No separate insurance to arrange.
